Milk or dark chocolate, with hazelnuts, pistachios, or pure: at the FreshChocolate workshop, aspiring chocolatiers create and decorate a chocolate bar according to their taste. Under professional guidance, they learn how to pour their chocolate mixture into molds and decorate the hardened bars in an artistic way. They are also provided with an interesting insight into the cultivation of cacao beans and the production of Läderach chocolate.
The experience can also be combined with a chocolate tasting session or an apéro.
