Rubber Dinghy Trip on the Linth
A rubber dinghy trip through the tranquil, renaturalized Linth Canal is both fun and relaxing.
The best way to explore the Linth Canal is on an inflatable mattress or in a rubber dinghy. The route leads from Ziegelbrücke train station to Schmerikon and takes about two hours. Thanks to the weak current, the tour is particularly suited to beginners and families. The stretch can also be covered in a canoe. If you do not have a canoe of your own, you can rent one – for example, from Kuster Sport in Schmerikon.
