The company sets great store by traditional craftsmanship, non-toxic fibers, natural dyes, recycled vintage fabrics, and fair wages in order to encourage women’s independence in the fashion industry.

ByAdushka was founded in 2020 by Karin Kämpf, a fashion expert with more than two decades of experience. A fire at a textile factory in Bangladesh led her to focus on sustainable fashion and conscious consumption without sacrificing style, uniqueness, and quality. The idea evolved from an online store to physical stores based in Zurich, Basel, Baden, and Bern.
