“Rübis und Stübis” weeks
Frau Gerolds Garten is a hotspot in Zurich’s gastronomic scene not just in the warmer months of the year. In the cozy wooden pavilion complete with fireplace, colorful globe lights, and inviting furnishings, guests can celebrate the winter with a delicious fondue amidst a relaxed atmosphere.
Out-of-the-ordinary and also extremely popular are the “Rübis und Stübis” weeks in March. In order to raise public awareness of food wastage, wherever possible nothing is thrown away during this period. The kitchen team uses produce that is perfectly edible but would normally be disposed of. The result: a real culinary treat and a clear conscience.
