Züri Fondue was the idea of Nicolas Haeberli and Thomas Meyer. Both love regional produce, both come from Zurich. One evening, while enjoying a fondue, they realized that there was no fondue made exclusively with genuine Zurich ingredients. Something had to be done! So Thomas took over the organizational side of things, drawing on his expertise in logistics and brand development. With his graphic design agency, Nicolas created the visual appearance and the webshop. And thus Züri Fondue was born.
A ready-to-use mixture of first-class cheese types from Sternenberg in the Zurich Oberland and white wine from Zurich’s winegrowing region – entirely without additives.
