Tritt Käse is located in the Market Hall in the Viaduct. The name derives from the Alp Tritt in Nidwalden, where company manager Samuel Spörri himself spent a number of years making cheese. Tritt Käse has devoted itself to cheese in all its many facets, and also sells milk, yogurt and curd cheese. Many of the cheeses are made using organic, regional produce. A visit is well worthwhile, as you can also find the bread, meat and wine to go with your purchases in the surrounding stores in the Viaduct Market Hall. A real treat for gourmets.
