After the two restaurants, The Bite and Brisket Southern BBQ & Bar, the avid fans of American cuisine have opened another restaurant. The Yard Bird serves the best Southern Fried Chicken this side of the pond. For this sinfully tasty delicacy, the meat is sourced in Switzerland, dipped in a buttermilk batter, and tossed in an aromatic homemade spice mix, before it is double-fried and then served. The chicken is accompanied by a fresh salad, crispy French fries, or guacamole.
All the dishes are inspired by original Southern State recipes and interpreted with a modern twist.
