The Stadtkäserei und Restaurant is situated on an out-of-the-ordinary production site directly next to Platform 18 at Zurich Main Station. Here, the traditional handicraft of cheese-making is combined with urban creativity – in the middle of a restaurant.
It goes without saying that the menu features dishes made using the produce from the city dairy. These products can not only be consumed in the restaurant, but also purchased on site.
Cheese-making and cooking workshops, as well as the bar workshop, are designed by professionals who know their craft inside out. Besides cooking together in the specially equipped kitchen, guests can mix their own cocktails under the expert guidance of the barista or celebrate with an exuberant kitchen party.
