De l’en-cas léger et relax à grignoter au dîner raffiné aux chandelles autour d’un bon vin : tous les goûts sont permis au « Rüsterei ».

Le restaurant-grill propose des grillades de Dry Aged Beef, poisson sauvage ou légumes saisonniers. Parfait pour un déjeuner d’affaires rapide mais raffiné, un dîner ou une tavolata (tablée) avec de nouvelles connaissances ou de vieux amis.

La cantine propose toute la journée des classiques de la restauration de rue. Le  bar propose des cafés ou apéritifs soignés et l’ancien hall de production se transforme en incomparable salle des fêtes pour évènements privés.
