Zurich Excellence Club - Become a Member
During the two-hour introductory course, participants gain fascinating insights into what makes Zurich so special. We look at where our guests come from and what it means to “rethink tourism”. In addition, we inform those present about the latest news from Zurich and region.
After completing the course, participants officially become club members and are free to take part in all other ZEC training courses and events.
Membership of the Zurich Excellence Club is free of charge.
For groups of 10 or more persons, on request we can also hold the introductory course directly at your company premises free of charge. Please contact us by e-mail to schedule an appointment.

Refresher Courses for Existing ZEC Members
For teams that are already members of the Zürich Excellence Club and wish to refresh their knowledge, customized refresher courses are offered at the workplace for groups of 10 or more participants.
The courses cover selected topics related to Zurich, Zürich Tourism, and guest services. The program is tailored to the specific needs of each team.
