ZEC-Training Courses and Events for Members
ZEC members can obtain information and further their knowledge and skills by participating in regular training courses.
The Zürich Excellence Club (ZEC)’s training sessions and events provide up-to-date information on what Zurich has to offer, its attractions, and highlights, thereby enhancing participants’ skills in guest services. All events include a cocktail reception, which offers the opportunity to network with industry colleagues, expand professional networks, and discover new venues in Zurich.
Participation in the ZEC Introductory Course confers official membership of ZEC and entitles members to register for all other training sessions and events.
Participation in ZEC events is free for members. To avoid unnecessary costs due to no-shows, the ZEC team requests that registrations be cancelled well in advance if attendance is not possible.
