Guided Excursions into Switzerland’s Mountains
The snow and perpetual ice in the Swiss Alps can be quickly and easily reached from Zurich.

Discover Switzerland’s Alpine World from Zurich

Anyone who visits Switzerland should not miss an excursion into the mountains.

A day trip to the Jungfraujoch or Mt. Titlis – surrounded by perpetual snow and ice at over 3,000 metres above sea level – is a truly breathtaking experience. On the Rigi, Stanserhorn and Pilatus, too, on clear days visitors can delight in the magnificent panoramic views over the surrounding mountain peaks, lakes and valleys.

The guided day trips depart from Zurich. From here, the tour bus takes you into the mountains, after which the mountain cableways or funiculars will transport you in comfort up to the Alpine peaks. The excursions for both individuals and private groups can be booked at the Tourist Information or online.
