Beyer Chronometrie on Zürich’s Bahnhofstrasse is the oldest watch shop in Switzerland. The family business, currently owned by the eighth generation, has shown impeccable timing since 1760. Today, Beyer is considered one of the leading names worldwide in luxury watches. Nowadays, Beyer is regarded as one of the top addresses in the world for luxury watches. Here, watch lovers can find 14 premier watch brands – among them, Patek Philippe and Rolex – and exclusive jewelry – including creations from its own workshop –, antique watches, and an attractively priced line of Beyer watches. Ten watchmakers and six goldsmiths attend to clients’ after-sales needs. Directly next door, the Patek Philippe Boutique, with its fascinating portfolio of Patek Philippe watches, set luxury watch enthusiasts’ pulses racing.
The Clock and Watch Museum Beyer Zürich is located in the lower level of the shop premises on Bahnhofstrasse, where around 300 exhibits, from 1400 BC right up to today, are on display.
