“Buongiorno e benvenuti” – that is how guests are greeted in this cozy restaurant near the Bahnhofstrasse. In informal surroundings, the mastri salumieri treat hungry guests to typical Ticino specialties and first-class wines.
The authentic ristorante complete with salumeria is a relaxed meeting place for gourmets. Whether over a Ticinese appetizer platter, a succulent brasato or a fiery tagliata di manzo, which is flambéed directly at the table: the pleasure of sharing and spending time together with family and friends is celebrated here.
The Bottega is based on Mario Rapelli’s shop, which opened 90 years ago in the picturesque Ticino village of Stabio.
