Veganitas

At Veganitas, the name already hints at what is on offer: here, everything revolves around vegan pitas. The vegan fast food restaurant is just 10 minutes from Zurich Main Station. The pita breads are freshly baked every day and available with a variety of fillings. One specialty, for example, is the “Tempeh Pita”. Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian dish made from soybeans; this version is made using local organic soy from Ticino. It goes without saying that there is also an option with a Planted Chicken filling. Planted is a highly successful ETH start-up that makes a chicken meat alternative from pea protein.
