The menu is based on the element of surprise: guests simply choose the number of courses and then experience the culinary world of market cuisine. The concept particularly appeals to an urban public. The cultivated atmosphere at the Marktküche provides gourmets and adventurous food lovers with an exciting dining experience.

A special offering is the “Saturday Matinee.” On this occasion, a 6-course tasting menu is served with paired beverages – available with or without alcohol – for CHF 169 per person.
