The world-famous musical based on the Disney classic of the same name returns to Switzerland. Zurich’s Theater 11 is transformed into the colorful world of Africa.

From lion cub to majestic king: the story of the Lion King Simba is coming to the Lion City Zurich.
With its stunning costumes, the stirring music of world stars such as Elton John or Hans Zimmer, and its touching story, the musical has already thrilled more than 110 million people worldwide. After 8 years, the worldwide hit musical will roar back into Switzerland in November 2023. A total of 62 performances will take place at Theater 11 in Zürich-Oerlikon.
A spectacular experience for young and old.
And in that spirit, “hakuna matata” (“don’t worry about it”).
