Located in Zurich’s Viadukt mall, Keen is a unique venue for physical, mental, and emotional regeneration.

Here, “Recovery Experiences” combine a sauna, ice baths, and breathwork, and are complemented by “Active Experiences” such as stretching and breathing exercises. This isn’t a conventional workout, but a mindful, multisensory experience with lights, sounds, and scents.

The studio in the Zurich Viadukt has a minimalist aesthetic and offers a different kind of retreat thanks to its natural materials and evocative atmosphere.
