Weekly Market in Altstetten
Every Saturday, the friendly, traditional weekly market is held on the Lindenplatz, in the western part of the city.
Lovers of fresh produce can find a small but select weekly market on the Lindenplatz, in the west of Zurich. Besides fruit and vegetables, there is a selection of bread, bakery products, fish specialties, herbs and cheese, as well as flowers and potted plants.
The small market is particularly personal, and the market traders always have time to chat to customers and share with them tips and recipes relating to the products on sale.
