Designed by artist Rolf Sachs, the Saltz impresses with its clear lines, skillfully placed design elements, and just the right amount of drama. The design is as inspiring and unconventional as the cuisine is straightforward and honest.

The restaurant, which has been awarded 14 Gault-Millau points, spoils its guests with frill-free dishes and specialties from the region, prepared using market-fresh and seasonal produce.

Guests can view the wines as soon as they enter the restaurant: displayed in six wine cabinets in the entrance area, the main focus is clearly on Swiss wines, complemented by rarities and niche products from Europe.
