At lunchtime and in the evening, the Rechberg only serves up what the year 1837 had to offer in terms of cuisine –old and forgotten vegetable varieties and meat from the local farm. However, the food is cooked using contemporary techniques, giving rise to an innovative yet traditional style of cuisine. The drinks list is also somewhat unusual – it features exclusively Swiss beverages.
In addition, every Saturday, cultural events bring the week to a perfect close.
