Marco Ragnazzi, the owner and head chef of Marco’s Pasta Bar, is the king of pasta sauces. He has already set the world sauce-making record no fewer than three times. Little wonder, since the chef of Italian descent from Rapperswil has more than 1,300 recipes for pasta sauces in his repertoire.
Guests can enjoy fresh pasta and one of his countless sauces at his restaurant in the center of Rapperswil. Sitting at the bar, they can even watch how the sauces are freshly prepared.
