The Restaurant Emilio focuses on Spanish specialties – and has been doing so since 1940. Since 2005, it has been run by the third generation according to the age-old tradition upheld by both father and grandfather before them, which is why the same popular and top-quality dishes are still served here amidst rustic, welcoming surroundings.
In addition to Paella Valenciana, the dishes include in particular the fried or oven-roasted “Güggeli” (poulet rôti) and “Cocido”.
