A perfect evening at Studio Bar starts with delicious Japanese dishes such as gyozas, crispy sushi rolls, or crunchy katsu sando. It’s hard to resist sampling the entire menu, but it’s worth saving a bit of room for dessert (matcha tiramisu or salted caramel chocolate fondant with matcha mochi?) The cocktails, too, are inspired by the popular Japanese pubs known as izakaya.

Depending on the day, guests can look forward to live music or vinyl nights. At the weekends, Studio Bar is transformed into a club with a packed dance floor by night.
