Onyx Bar

The magazine for bar owners and bartenders, “Mixology”, named the Onyx Bar “Bar of the Year Switzerland 2014”. And not without good reason, for here guests can enjoy choice wines, special malt whiskies, different types of vodka, classical cocktails and first-class cigars. And if that is not enough to deem a bar “outstanding”, it also impresses with its sophisticated interior and exterior design: a bar counter made from onyx – from which the bar takes its name –, imposing tables made from chestnut and specially designed by Korean artist Jaehyo Lee, and a light and airy bar area all lend the Onyx Bar a glamorous yet cozy ambiance, inviting guests to linger and relax. The excellent service also adds to the overall appeal.
