FORTYSEVEN Thermal Wellness Spa

One of Baden’s absolute highlights is the thermal wellness spa designed by star architect Mario Botta, situated directly on the River Limmat.

Baden has a spa culture dating back thousands of years. With the FORTYSEVEN thermal wellness spa, this culture has been revitalized and given a new, modern interpretation.

The thermal spa, which was designed by the famous architect Mario Botta, offers peace and relaxation for the body, mind, and soul. This is made possible by the thermal water with the highest mineral content in Switzerland, which bubbles up from the depths at a temperature of 47 °C. The facilities also include a spacious sauna area and the audiovisual experience area, “Kosmos”, with a sound design by Boris Blank from the Swiss electronic music band, Yello, which focuses on mental relaxation. Various massages, beauty treatments, and packages provide wonderful moments of well-being.

There is also plenty of opportunity to indulge the appetite: the FORTYSEVEN restaurant, the café with bar, or in summer the garden bistro all offer wellness for the palate with a refined range of deliciously healthy dishes.
