Located on Hegibachplatz, Williams ButchersTable is a butcher’s shop and steakhouse in one. Guests can choose between different cuts of meat – such as rib-eye, tenderloin, or entrecôte – from the meat counter, which are then served grilled to perfection. A range of appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and the legendary “boneshot” (a shot of vodka served through a marrowbone) are also available. At Christmas, the restaurant also offers a delicious meat fondue.

Williams ButchersTable places particular emphasis on the origins and quality of its meat. The restaurant works with selected companies from Switzerland and beyond. Nurturing personal relationships with these suppliers and visiting them on site at regular intervals helps to maintain direct communication and ensures transparency when it comes to provenance and animal husbandry.
