Stripped Pizza
A place where the mission of offering healthy pizzas is implemented: founded in 2016 in Zurich, Stripped Pizza focuses on fresh, natural, wholesome, and self-created recipes free from additives or flavor enhancers.
With two locations in Zurich – one in Seefeld and one in the heart of the city at Talacker – Stripped Pizza offers its guests a modern, bright atmosphere that is a refreshing change from traditional Italian pizzerias.
Stripped pizza allows a choice of multigrain, whole grain & flaxseed, low carb, broccoli, or gluten-free dough. The dough is left to rise for 48 hours, which contributes to its light and airy texture and makes it easier to digest. After choosing between classic tomato sauce, plant-based crème fraîche, and beetroot & cashew sauce, the pizza can be finished off with exotic toppings, such as edamame, mango, or mint.

Stripped Pizza at Seefeldstrasse 88 is also open Monday through Sunday, but from 11 am to 10 pm.
