Now Restaurant

The “now” serves 100% vegan cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The aim of the restaurant is for all the produce to be sourced from local producers. Fruit, vegetables, and herbs come directly from the farm – in line with the “farm-to-table” principle. The “now” also offers a smaller selection of dishes in order to avoid food waste. The menu includes modern interpretations of such classics as the club sandwich, lamb’s lettuce, or a delicious panna cotta for dessert. In addition, there is always a five-course surprise menu – complemented by appropriate alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, as desired. In summer, a quiet courtyard invites guests to linger and relax.
