Fine dining with a difference: there are no fancy tablecloths or restaurant rituals, and guests are not required to wear a tie or conduct their conversations in whispers. On the contrary: here casualness is celebrated in all its facets – something that is also reflected in the menu. Instead of complex, precisely arranged dishes, the first-class and extremely amiable staff serve “love in glasses and on plates”.
