Ginger – Restaurant & Sake Bar
Ginger is a Japanese restaurant with a sushi bar, à la carte service, and a sake bar, and is located in Zurich’s Seefeld quarter.
The hub of the locale is the glitzy sushi bar. Seated at the circular wooden counter, guests can watch the chefs as they prepare the delicacies and can then help themselves directly from the sushi belt. At lunchtime and in the evenings, specialties from all regions of Japan are served in the area at the rear of the restaurant.
Sake – a strong rice wine – is available at the bar in countless variations. Guests who just want a light snack can order small izakaya-style appetizers, served in the traditional Japanese manner.
