With great dedication and commitment, the young team headed by chef Fabian Fuchs do everything they possibly can to create for their guests a perfect lunch or evening meal. The main focus is placed on culinary creations in puristic simplicity. The dishes are made exclusively from seasonal and regional produce and fair trade goods. By doing so, the Equi-Table epitomizes a sustainable lifestyle and proves that it is possible to cook and enjoy food at Michelin star level using natural produce from the region.

The Equi-Table serves top-notch cuisine at Michelin star level and sets great store by sustainability. Unfortunately the menu is rather pricey, which is why I warmly recommend this restaurant for special occasions. Be sure to make a reservation well in advance!
