At the Edomae, guests are treated to outstanding cuisine in small numbers and amidst tranquil surroundings. The sushi is prepared directly in front of their eyes and with the highest precision. The main focus is on “Omakase” – a Japanese tradition whereby adventurous guests allow the chef to decide what he wants to serve up. For those who prefer to choose for themselves, there are various variations of à la carte “Chirashi” and “Teori”.
Imaginative pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed in the front part of the locale, while the food is served in the rear area – eye to eye with the Japanese master, sitting at a long bar and working through a series of 15 small courses.
