Here, in a 400-year-old half-timbered house on Lake Zurich, the chef conjures exquisite cuisine onto guests’ plates.

Amidst the charming ambiance of the old half-timbered house, not far from Rüschlikon Train Station, gourmets can enjoy creatively modern dishes by chef Tobias Buholzer.

The culinary delights, which have been awarded one Michelin star, are served on the upper floor of the historic building. Here, market-fresh, seasonal produce is transformed into sophisticated, creative dishes – which are a treat for the taste buds, course after course. The wood-paneled room also houses a tiled stove, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

In addition, on the cozy garden terrace on the ground floor, the Taverna Rosa welcomes guests with Mediterranean specialties, such as risotto or various pasta creations.
