Together with the students from the Hotel Management School, the experienced kitchen team conjures up delectable seasonal dishes, which attract both regular guests and gourmets from further afield to the stately villa near Lake Zurich.
The Belvoirpark Restaurant is housed in a history-steeped building, the Villa Escher, which dates from 1830. Once the home of Alfred Escher, today it is a Zurich institution that skillfully interprets classical cuisine in a contemporary way. Among its specialties is the typical Zürcher Kalbsgeschnetzeltes: cooked until it is succulently tender, many regulars consider it to be the best in the city.
