The young chef, Noah Rechsteiner, and his team take guests on a journey into their world of plant-based cuisine. Located on Brauerstrasse, just a few minutes’ walk from the Rigiblick funicular, the Anoha restaurant offers exclusive menus in the evenings from Wednesday to Saturday, as well as brunch at the weekend.
The five- and six-course menus comprise purely plant-based, seasonal, and regional ingredients. The highlight of the menu is the signature dish, “Purple Rain”, a red cabbage risotto with truffle and kimchi, but there are also monthly changing dishes. The food is accompanied by exquisite wines or non-alcoholic juice pairings.
The restaurant’s open kitchen and its motto, “Make Food not War”, give rise to an inviting atmosphere.
