Where night turns to day

Zurich boasts the highest density of clubs in Europe and the most diverse nightlife in Switzerland.
Niederdorf, known locally as ‘Dörfli’, is the birthplace of Dada, hosted Lenin during his exile and was Zurich’s hottest clubbing destination in the 1980s. Today, there are countless friendly bars and restaurants to explore.
In the center of Zurich, the legendary Kaufleuten club or upmarket lounges such as the Widder Bar or the Kronenhalle Bar set the scene for a sophisticated night out.

Legendary clubs

Zurich is the party capital of Switzerland. It’s a well-deserved accolade, given the number of legendary clubs on offer.

Langstrasse is one of Zurich’s most popular party destinations: the street is lined with clubs and bars where locals and tourists party late into the night.
An entirely new district is emerging in Zurich-West. Several clubs have already set up shop there and welcome party people who are keen to get off the beaten track.
