Züri Bar

The Züri Bar in the heart of Zurich’s Old Town has been a favorite meeting place among  students, musicians, journalists, and local residents since 1955 ‒ and in all these years, it has only changed its appearance once, but even then only to a minimal degree.

During renovation in 2016, so few changes were made that the bar remained down-to-earth and cozy, but enough to get rid of the things that were old and outdated. Nowadays, chef Alessio spreads a summertime zest for life, cantautori sound out from the loudspeakers ‒ and with its Italian aperitifs, fine wines, and antipasti, guests at the Züri Bar could easily think that Zurich lies in the Mediterranean.
