Pelikanbar

Everyone in Zurich is familiar with the Kaufleuten. Situated near Paradeplatz, it is best known as a party venue. However, the “Kauf”, as the locals call it, also houses a restaurant and a bar – the Pelican Bar.

And this takes on many guises. In the morning, guests are served aromatic coffee and freshly baked croissants. During the day, they can enjoy a light lunch or a snack – if the sun is shining, even outside on one of the popular boulevard squares in front of the restaurant.

And when the sun goes down, the Pelikanbar is transformed into what its name suggests: a bar, with cool drinks and good music. And if you do not want to dance here, just one door further down is the entrance to the Kaufleuten Club, where live concerts are frequently held.
