Kafischnaps

The Kafischnaps is a café-bar and lies between the quarters of Wipkingen and Unterstrass. Formerly a butcher’s shop, it is now a young and typically Zurich locale. Here the age-old tradition of Zurich hospitality is combined with a modern, sophisticated lifestyle. 

The Kafischnaps focuses on traditional Swiss fare. The meat comes exclusively from Swiss production and the sausages are specially made in the in-house butcher’s shop. 

Besides the lunch menus, which change every day on weekdays, freshly made soups, and home-smoked fish specialties, the Kafischnaps also serves breakfast seven days a week until 4pm.
