The restaurant, Josef, in Zürich-West has done away with the main course and instead enables inquisitive food lovers to try out creatively combined dishes from all over the world, just as they please.
The menu at the Josef restaurant in Kreis 5 is a delight for adventurous food lovers and features such specialties as elderberry risotto with meadow flowers or fried octopus with fava beans and mint.
The dishes are so intriguing that it is difficult to choose. But the Josef has come up with a solution to this dilemma: sharing plates. All the dishes are served in small portions, so that guests can combine and sample whatever they wish.
