Terroir Zürisee

Foodies can try delicious products from local businesses at this market at Mühle Tiefenbrunnen.

April 11, 2026, 11am to 6pm

This wine and food festival brings producers from across the Lake Zurich region together and invites visitors to sample the local culinary diversity in a relaxed atmosphere. The market is set up in the historic grounds of Mühle Tiefenbrunnen and offers a chance to learn more about the products and how they are made. Numerous producers of local food and drinks, especially wine, are represented – including Michmanufaktur Einsiedeln, which has been making local milk from the mountain pastures into delicious dairy and cheese products for hundreds of years.

Admission to the Terroir Zürisee festival site is free. Those who want to sample the local specialties can buy a tasting wristband online or on site. As well as the market stalls, a wide range of catering options are available for guests looking for a more substantial meal.

Tip: For anyone interested in traditional craftsmanship and food, Museum Mühlerama on the same site is a great place to visit. Visitors can learn how flour was processed in the past and how bread is made from it today – as well as everything that is needed to do so. Special exhibitions cast light on various aspects of the topics of nutrition and food supply. Specific foods and the way they are processed are regularly put in the spotlight.
