By participating in this contest or competition you agree to the following conditions of participation:

General

These conditions of participation apply to competitions organized by Zürich Tourismus, Gessnerallee 3, 8001 Zurich, registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich under the number CHE-105.846.358. Zürich Tourismus is the sole organizer of the competitions and exclusively organizes their implementation.

Participation in the Competition

Entrants take part in the competition on the zuerich.com website.

The competition is open to all authorized persons resident in Switzerland. Employees of Zürich Tourismus, including tour guides, as well as all agencies and respective partnerships commissioned with a competition or contest are excluded from participation.

Participation in the competition is free of charge and is not linked to the purchase of a service.

To take part in the competition, an online form must be completed (one per person). By submitting the online form, you automatically take part in the competition. The closing date for entries is announced before each competition is held.

Zürich Tourismus is entitled to exclude participants without notice. Participants will be excluded in the event of misuse, technical manipulation or other violations of these conditions of participation or suspicion thereof. Zürich Tourismus reserves the right to take legal action.

Zürich Tourismus is entitled to make improvements or changes to the competition at any time and to suspend, cancel or terminate the competition without giving cause.

Prize

The prize includes an overnight stay with breakfast in a Superior King corner room at the Hotel Platzhirsch Zurich and a city tour for two people. The prize can be claimed on any date after consultation with the hotel.  The hotel accommodation will be booked by the winners in consultation with the hotel. The city tour will take place at a fixed time and cannot be postponed individually.

The date of the prize draw and expiry date of the offer and/or service, if applicable, will be announced prior to the competition.

The winners will be notified in writing by email. If the prize is not redeemed, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation. 

Zürich Tourismus will not enter into correspondence and there is no right of appeal. Furthermore, any liability in connection with the competition and the organization and redemption of the prize is excluded. The winner is responsible for any taxes and duties.
