Who is eligible for the special offer?

The offer is open to all guests who book 4 nights in a double room with breakfast at one of the participating hotels.

These Zurich hotels are participating in the “Zurich Weeks” special offer and are offering accommodation at highly attractive rates.

What is included in the price?

The price includes 4 nights’ accommodation in a double room for 2 persons with breakfast, but excludes any additional hotel offers or services (e.g. spa). Also not included in the price is the City Tax of CHF 2.50 per person, which will be charged additionally.

I am a Zurich resident/Swiss national and not a tourist. Why do I have to pay the City Tax?

The City Tax is an accommodation tax for the destination Zurich and according to the statutes of the Zurich Hotel Association is charged per person per night, regardless of their place of residence, tax obligation, reason for travel, or any other such criteria. Currently this tax amounts to CHF 2.50 including VAT.

How can I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made via zurichwochen.ch , at the Tourist Information at Zurich Main Station, by telephone on +41 44 215 40 00, or by e-mail to info@zuerich.com.

Can I also book a double room for fewer than four nights?

No, this special offer is only valid for reservations for 4 nights.

Can I also book the double room on a different date outside the given booking period?

No, the special offer is limited to the period from June 1 to August 31, 2021.

Can I make reservations at several hotels?

Yes, the special offer can be booked multiple times per person and in different hotels during the period from June 1 to August 25, 2021.

I would like to change/cancel my reservation. Is this possible?

A reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date. Any changes after this date are only possible depending on availability.

Can I also book a double room as a single person or for children?

The offer is valid for one to two persons (e.g. one adult and one child or two adults). It is not possible for two children to share a room on their own. There is no price reduction for children.

Are there are also single rooms or family rooms at special rates?

The special rates apply exclusively to double rooms for a maximum of 2 persons. If you require an extra bed or a baby’s cot, please contact the hotel direct.

 

Questions About Booking

How and when do I pay for my booking?

Credit card details are required as a guarantee for your reservation. The actual amount payable for the double room plus the City Tax will be debited from your account when you are at the hotel.

Does the rate apply to one or two persons?

The given rate is per double room for a maximum of 2 persons and is the same for dual and single occupancy.

Why can’t I book the desired hotel (any more)?

The number of double rooms per hotel is limited. If a hotel is fully booked, it no longer appears on the booking screen. These Zurich hotels are participating in the “Zurich Weeks” special offer.

Yes, currently all hotel restaurants are open to hotel guests. However, please check the opening times at the hotel in question or contact the hotel direct for further information.

For which city tours can I use the discount code, how much discount do I get, and what are the terms and conditions?

With the booking code, you can book a 2-for-1 city tour* for the following tours:

* The special offer is valid once per hotel reservation in the period from June 1 to August 31, 2021 and cannot be used together with other discounts or special offers. It also only applies to adult prices.

If you make a reservation for more than two persons, the sum of CHF 25 will be deducted once from the total amount.

Is the discount code transferable?

No, the discount code is only valid for guests participating in the “Zurich Weeks” special offer and on presentation of the hotel booking confirmation.
