Umami Experience

Located in the heart of Zurich, the start-up enterprise, Umami, grows herbs and vegetables following nature´s example. Aquatic animals create nutrients, in turn plants purify the water, and the biodiversity and self-sustaining balance of the ecosystem mean that no artificial fertilizers or pesticides need to be used. 

At the Umami Experience, groups of eight or more can experience this magical urban oasis firsthand and sample the products during an entertaining tasting game. The experience is complemented by an apéro, which of course includes Umami microgreens.
