Prize Draw Conditions of Participation

These conditions of participation apply to prize draws held by Zürich Tourism, Gessnerallee 3, 8001 Zurich, entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Zurich under the number CHE-105.846.358. Zürich Tourism is the sole organizer of the prize draws and is solely responsible for their implementation.

Participation in the prize draws is possible on the website zuerich.com. Persons resident in Switzerland are eligible to enter the prize draws. Zürich Tourism employees are excluded. 

Participating in the prize draws is free and not connected with the purchase of a service.

To enter a prize draw, an online form must be completed, with a maximum of one entry per person.

By submitting the online form, you automatically take part in the competition. The closing date will be announced before a prize draw is held.

By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to the conditions of participation.

Zürich Tourism has the right to exclude participants without notice. Misuse, technical manipulation or other violations of these conditions of participation or suspicion thereof will result in disqualification. We reserve the right to take legal action.

Zürich Tourism has the right to make improvements or changes to a prize draw, as well as to suspend, cancel or terminate a prize draw without giving any reason.

Prizes

The date of a prize draw as well as any expiry date of the offer and/or the service will be announced before the prize draw is held. The winner will be notified by email and the voucher will be sent by post or sent electronically. If the prize is not redeemed, entitlement to the prize is forfeited without replacement. There will be no correspondence related to the prize draw, and there is no right of appeal. Furthermore, any liability in connection with the prize draw and the organization as well as the redemption of the prize is excluded. Any taxes or other charges shall be borne by the winner.
