The chocolate from La Flor is characterized by its intense flavors, which are created entirely without the use of additives.
Handmade chocolate from Zurich
La Flor quickly made a name for itself in Zurich, as the chocolate of the same name took the city by storm. And more than that: some of Zurich’s most renowned chefs began experimenting with the flavor-packed dark chocolate.
The pure chocolate is produced at a small manufactory at the food collective, Das Provisorium. It is made entirely without additives, but instead uses cocoa beans from a single cultivation region and organic, regional sugar.
Interested people can learn more about La Flor and its production methods during a visit to the manufactory, as well as at special events. The chocolate can be purchased on site on Thursdays and Fridays from 3 ‒ 6pm. It is also available in the BachserMärt stores, at Berg und Tal in the Viadukt indoor market, and at the Mühlerama museum. All the sales outlets can be found here.
