Since 1836, the Confiserie Sprüngli confectionery in Zürich has played a crucial role in the history of Swiss chocolate. Even today, its famous specialty products – Luxemburgerli macaroons, truffles and other popular chocolate specialties - are still made by hand from only the choicest, fresh ingredients.
