The cuisine at The Butcher does not feature lots of frills, but simply focuses on the honest, juicy burger. And the burgers here are very special, for each one is unique. Guests can compile their own favorite version out of a choice of buns, various home-made meat patties, and all kinds of fresh ingredients. In addition, vegetarians are offered variants made from quinoa, chickpeas, and cheese – as well as, of course, the delicious French fries with their top-secret spice mix.
The meat and most of the other ingredients are sourced in Switzerland, so guests can eat them with a clear conscience. Branches at three different locations.
