One of the city’s most secret restaurants is located below the Löwenbräu Areal. Gourmets access this hidden-away cellar restaurant via an elevator, which opens directly into the dining area, greeting guests with the wonderful aromas of freshly prepared food.
The dishes are cooked and consumed in the same room. This so-called “chef’s table” concept is very popular, for it gives guests a good view of the kitchen team at all times. With boldness and love, the chefs transform regional produce into superb creations. These are then served at the tables on large platters, encouraging guests to share and to participate in lively discussions with one another.
Also worthy of mention is the small wine list comprising hand-picked labels, which treats wine lovers to a surprise or two.
